Parts Work - You’ve heard of inner child healing, but that’s just one aspect of parts work. This approach views individuals as having multiple distinct internal “parts” that influence thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Often, the aspects of ourselves that we push away are the ones holding our deepest wounds. Parts work allows us to gently reconnect with these hidden parts, helping you to embrace and heal them, so you can resolve the trauma you’ve kept buried and learn to love all aspects of yourself. I am primarily influenced by Internal Family Systems and the Structural Dissociation model.

EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a trauma-focused therapy that uses bilateral stimulation to help reprocess traumatic memories to reduce the intensity of residual trauma symptoms. It is a structured and focused modality that targets specific negative core beliefs and symptoms of trauma that feel distressing or "stuck." One unique aspect of EMDR is you don't even have to verbalize your trauma if you don't want to. My special focus is in utilizing EMDR for clients with dissociative symptoms through parts work and more.

Somatic Work - Our bodies hold the imprint of our experiences, making body-centered approaches essential for both trauma processing and nervous system regulation. Somatic approaches help you develop a new relationship with your body, learning to interpret its signals and messages rather than fighting against them. Through gentle somatic techniques, we'll work to create safety within your body, regulate your nervous system, and integrate physical experiences into your healing journey. This embodied approach helps transform trauma responses into resources for healing.

Spirituality - Healing is deeply personal, and your spiritual journey is unique to you. Together we'll explore what spirituality means in your life, honoring your individual path while deepening your connection to what feels sacred. By creating space for your spiritual exploration, we can tap into your inner wisdom, cultivate your intuition, and discover the deeper meanings that resonate with your authentic self. This dimension of therapy helps you connect with your own truth and find purpose in your healing journey.

Intuition Development- We all have an innate wisdom, but trauma, fear, and limiting beliefs can cloud our connection to this internal guidance system. Through our work together, we'll clear the pathway between your consciousness and intuition, helping you distinguish between anxiety and genuine intuitive knowing. By learning to trust your inner voice again, you can access the wisdom that already exists within you and make choices that align with your authentic self.

Depth Work - Beneath our everyday awareness reside the unresolved emotions, suppressed memories, and ingrained beliefs that shape our behaviors and emotional responses. These unconscious patterns, often referred to as our shadow, drive our reactions without our awareness, creating recurring challenges in our lives. Through guided exploration, we'll bring these hidden influences into consciousness where they can be understood and transformed, allowing you to make more conscious choices in your life.
Context: My work contextualizes individual trauma within the broader frameworks of generational and societal trauma. Systemic inequalities, war, environmental destruction, and our culture of profit over wellbeing deeply inform our personal experiences and therapeutic process.
